Know Before You Go

The following guidelines allow us to maintain the atmosphere, service, and flow our guests expect.

Arrival & Seating

• We invite guests to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to their reservation.
• A 15-minute grace period is extended should you be running behind. Beyond this window, seating may be released to honor other reservations, though we will do our best to accomodate your party with no guarantees
• If a reservation is significantly delayed, accommodations may be adjusted based on availability, including bar or lounge seating.

Dining Experience & Table Time

• To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, dining time is thoughtfully paced for a two (2) hour experience, unless otherwise arranged with management.

Outside Items

• No outside food, beverage, or décor is permitted without prior approval.
• Approved outside items are subject to an outsideitem accommodation fee per guest .

Age Policy

• Guests under 16 are welcomed until 7:00 PM
• Guests under 21 are not permitted in the bar, lounge, or members-only areas

Allergies

Please inform your server of any allergies. While our culinary team takes great care, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

Toca Madera Houston upholds a refined, upscale aesthetic.

The following attire is not permitted:

• Athletic or gym wear (including sweatpants, jerseys, gym shorts, compression garments, or tank tops)
• Flip flops, slides, or overly casual footwear
• Ballcaps, beanies, bandanas, or novelty headwear
• Excessively baggy or oversized clothing
• Shorts (permitted during brunch only; must be tailored and elevated in appearance)
• Exposed undergarments
• Bathing suits or pool wear
• Costumes, costume wigs, or themed attire
• Clothing displaying offensive language or imagery

Dress Code Exceptions

In select cases, guests granted flexibility in dress code may be invited to enjoy their experience in the bar, lounge, or another designated area, as determined by management.

Final Determination

Noble 33 Management reserves the right to update the Dress Code Policy at any time, make discretionary exceptions as appropriate, and refuse service to patrons who we deem are not appropriately dressed.
