1. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be 21 years of age and older at time of entry. Participant must be present and dining in the restaurant at the time of entry. There may be only one participant per table.

1. ENTRY

To enter A server will guide the guest to a page via their mobile device where they enter their name, DOB, and certain other terms and conditions. Entrant then has one opportunity, at the conclusion of their dining experience, to roll a set of dice provided by (Manager or other designated person by Sponsor). Upon the result of 3’s on both dice then the entrant is subject to the prize. Dice supplied by Toca Madera and guest may not provide their own dice. Dice provided by manufacturer.

Limit one entry per person. Limit one entrant per table.

1. PRIZE

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special events.

No cash or other alternatives will be provided in substitution. The prize is not transferable. Service gratuity is not included and must be paid by the guest(s) in full, based on the total pre-discounted bill.

The PRIZE is the discount of the table’s total check valuing and limited up to $1,500.00 (excluding gratuity).

Odds of winning are 1 in 36.

1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICIATION

Entrant is determined a winner upon the result of rolling 3’s on both dice provided. The winner is notified immediately, in person. The winner is only eligible to collect the prize on the date of visit.

1. ADDITONAL TERMS

Promotion is valid only at Toca Madera Las Vegas, NV. Additional items may not be added to the check after the dice have been rolled. The promotion is subject to availability and can be discontinued at any time. Toca Madera reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
